Melissa Biro BA, MA

Melissa studied English at University College London and TEFL at International House. She spent 10 years teaching in Portugal where she set up a language school. Returning to England she worked in higher education, lecturing and career counselling. After a spell in business she moved into writing, training and consultancy. She has developed numerous training courses in areas of business, communications and study skills. She is currently studying for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.

Sophia Kasasa MB, BS

Sophia studied medicine at Kings College, London. She qualified as a doctor in 1995. After a year working at the Mulago Hospital in Uganda, she returned to the UK and moved into the area of adult psychiatry where she continues to work. Over the years, Sophia has become increasingly convinced that mental health – like physical health – has a lot to do with what we eat .A trained life-coach, Sophia has studied nutritional medicine. She is more than ever convinced that we can all make dramatic changes in our lives if we make some – often quite simple – changes in our diets. Along with her work as a psychiatrist, Sophia now uses her coaching and training skills to help people take back control of their bodies and their minds

Sarah Simmons PGVS

Sarah has more than 25 years’ experience as a performer in theatre, film, TV and radio. In 1995 she qualified as a post-graduate in voice studies (Central School of Speech & Drama). She is also qualified in TEFL. Since 1995 she has worked as a dialogue coach on numerous films, coached individuals - from senior executives to children - and developed and delivered training courses in effective speaking and public speaking to clients in the private and public sectors. Her work covers confidence building, vocal clarity, accent work, interview and audition techniques, clarity and fluency with English as a second language
